A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT: A YEAR IN REVIEW

At the beginning of this year, we introduced our new brands: Prairie Trust and Waukesha State Bank Wealth Management. Prairie Trust focuses on personal trust, estate settlement, and special needs trust. Waukesha State Bank Wealth Management includes private banking, investment management, and retirement plan services.

Throughout this past year, we’ve been working on restructuring our retirement plan services business model. Starting in 2020, we will be transitioning from a record-keeping based model to an advisory based model. We are very excited about this change as it will allow us to partner with world-class record-keepers who have advanced technology specific to the retirement plan space while allowing us to focus on providing plan expertise, compliance, education, and frontline service to our clients.

After our current plan clients are converted to our advisory services model, we will be working on a subsequent initiative: partnering with Waukesha State Bank’s payroll service provider, Payroll Complete. We hope to coordinate a combined Retirement Plan Services/Payroll Complete offering by the end of next year.

We appreciate the business you introduce us to and enjoy working with you and your clients. If you know of someone who would like to learn more about our retirement plan services, please contact our Director of Fiduciary Sales, Terry Doyle, at (262) 953-2435 or tdoyle@waukeshabank.com.

Very truly yours,

Angie Symatis
